You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Information

• Do not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

By uploading content, you grant Cometari LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and back up your content for the purpose of providing the App’s services. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• No malware or malicious code
• No personal information of others without consent

4.4 Content Backup and Loss

We back up your data to the cloud but cannot guarantee prevention of all data loss. Maintain your own backups if desired.

• No reverse engineering or modification of the App
